At Robbins-Gioia, LLC, Clarence Taylor Helps his Clients by Listening to their Needs

MANASSAS, VA, January 6, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Clarence E. Taylor, Director of Army Business Development at Robbins-Gioia, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business development.

For the last 10 years, since retiring from his 22-year stint in the U.S. Army, Mr. Taylor has been acquiring valuable experience in the defense industry. In his demanding role as the director of army business development, he utilizes his expertise in both system engineering and information technology. On a daily basis, he helps to shape the pursuits for two units, supports employees looking to find opportunities at different work sites and tracks contract work. He also oversees the follow-up on all projects.

Mr. Taylor began his post-military career as a consultant, then moved into program and project management. He now focuses entirely on business development. Attributing his success to his patience, he listens to the customers and tries to help identify their needs. He became involved in his profession because of what he knows and because he still wants to serve.

In 1992, Mr. Taylor earned a master's degree in operational art from the U.S. Army. He is a member of the United States Calvary & Armor Association, United States Military Academy West Point, AFCEA International and MOAA. In the next several years, Mr. Taylor hopes to move onto the vice presidential level.
