Specializing in the development of nontraditional ideas, Ms. Kershaw has served for the last five years as the Internet sales manager at FOX 8 Cleveland, a local television station with 304,000 fans and one of the nation's largest Facebook pages for any local broadcast station. Nine years of experience in the field has helped Ms. Kershaw become an expert in solving problems related to television, interactive, mobile and Facebook. At the TV station, she manages 11 salespeople, brainstorms to come up with unconventional revenue ideas, and meets with clients on the interactive side of operations.

In 2006, Ms. Kershaw earned an MBA from Cleveland State University. Attributing her success to the support of her great mentors, and the fact that she is always asking questions and constantly learning, Ms. Kershaw became involved in her profession when she was fresh out of school and a television executive suggested she fill out an application.
