After spending nine years in the military and traveling the world as a linguist, Ms. Flynn ventured into the information technology industry. She joined Dell 12 years ago, starting as an outbound phone agent. Through her core work ethic and unrelenting dedication she has grown into her current role as Director of Global Payment PMO. Her responsibilities include coordinating the management of projects with teams in India and Europe, and traveling to develop the business.

A graduate of American InterContinental University, Ms. Flynn received a master's degree in human resources in 2004, magna cum laude. Her sense of pride motivates her to provide high-quality services, and she has been honored for her commitment and dedication with a number of awards, including two Vice President's Awards, a Team Player Award, Cross Functional Partnership Award, Outstanding Contributor Award, and Web Enable the Business Award. She is affiliated with the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.

Ms. Flynn particularly enjoys the corporate culture at Dell, which embraces change, and feels blessed on many levels.
