Ms. Friedl brings 30 years of experience to her position as MGF Services' president. She is a leader in operations management, industrial maintenance repair, and precision manufacturing services in the graphic arts industry. Her extensive professional background includes sales and marketing, customer relations, profit and loss, and strategic planning; thus, she is responsible for making management decisions for MGF Services in these very specialized areas. Friedl is also knowledgeable of the technical aspects of Web offset, packaging and converting equipment, and mechanical applications. She is able to identify printing- and press-related issues, and maintain production and quality.

Mona Friedl's inspiration started with her grandfather Ewald Kleist, who ran his own printing business from 1922 to 1970 in Milwaukee, WI. Walter Friedl, an Austrian immigrant and Ms. Friedl's father who was recognized for his reputation in redesigning presses and troubleshooting, mentored her in this line of work; it was the family business. Although Ms. Friedl's formal education focused on the legal field, it helped provide her with a diverse set of tools for her leadership roles within this business. She strives to use her learning and experience to help MGF Services become the manufacturer's main resource for industry parts, services and repairs.

Aside from owning and managing MGF Services, Ms. Friedl is a Reiki master. She is a lifelong student of the philosophies of alternative and natural remedies.
