With over 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Kivell specializes in employee, channel and customer relationship management. His responsibilities entail integrating software and hardware applications, coordinating projects with project and PLM managers, strategy planning, securing SLAs, generating sales leads, and incremental revenue growth for both customers and his business. He felt telecommunications would be a challenging and creative industry, and he attributes his success to sound judgment applied to the vast opportunities afforded to him.

Mr. Kivell received his Executive Master of Business Administration Certificate from York University in Toronto, in 1997, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in 1981. In addition, he is a certified hockey and lacrosse coach and a member of the Project Management Institute Inc. He attained the Coach of the Year Award from the Ontario Hockey Association (2008), the Presidents Award from Nortel Network (2001) and the Coach of the Year from the local governing body of the State of Massachusetts (2001).
